Avlis Productions has even been known to replace tapes that have been used so much that they are worn out. We figure that if anybody likes the product that much, they deserve a free replacement! International Shipping For all orders to countries outside the United States and its territories, we use Global Priority or Global Express Mail or whatever similar service that is available that provides for delivery confirmation and insurance. Different countries have different policies, so we select the best available service. Someone will need to be there to sign for the package when it arrives. Please include a phone number in the event that the postal service or your country's customs office needs to contact you. We will email you the tracking number. Sometimes it is necessary for customers to contact their local postal service to locate the package and make arrangements for delivery. There is not much we can do to help once our postal service delivers the package to authorities in another country.    All import and customs costs will be your responsibility. Audio recordings are available on both Real Audio, which is recommended for dialup connections, and mp3 audio, which is quite a bit larger. The Real Audio is about the same quality as am radio, while the mp3 recordings are about the same quality as fm radio and close to the quality of audio CD's. Please download one of the free audio files that you can find on many of the sales pages before your purchase any downloads, to make sure that you can download and play the files okay.
